Don't even bother...

OK so I moved in here on May 2008 and finally got out of that place a year later.
Parking - Not bad but it can get annoying after 10pm.
Maintenance - Horrible. They take forever to come over and when they do, they do a poor job. We had a drawer in the kitchen that needed to be replaced so we called it in. When the maintenance guy arrived, he simply swaped the drawer with another one in the same kitchen! I guess he thought we wouldn't notice.
Plumbing - sinks and toilets get clogged easily and when you call maintenance, they start accusing you of breaking it instead of doing the repair.
Security - Does not exist. There's a guy that makes his rounds whenever he feels like. Security is supposed to be 24/7 but it is a private company monitoring different properties at the same time so they only make rounds every so often if any. Cars get broken into and motorcycles get stolen. This is not occasional either. There's at least one incident every week. You better ride a bicycle and keep it inside you apartment because whatever you own will get stolen if left outside.
I've lived in other rental properties and they usually let you know ahead of time if maintenance needs to go inside your appartment. They leave flyers or notes on your door with the dates. Well these guys just show up whenever they please. One of the guys just opened the door while my wife and I were watching TV.
The outside appearance is not well kept. We only saw our stairs get pressure washed once. You can usually find spider webs and trash all over the place. They replaced the shingles and didn't even bothered to clean up after and that caused two flat tires on one of our cars due to nails left all over the parking lot.
The office - They lie. Period. They overcharged us for over 6 months and when we finally noticed, they tried to make it seem like we owed them money for a car port that we never had. Later they tried to charge us for having pets in our appartment when we didn't even have an ant farm. Not to mention that when we went to the office to argue this, we told them that we had talked to one of the employees (we mentioned his name) and we were told that he no longer worked there. Two weeks later, we went to the office to pay the rent and the guy that supposedly didn't work there anymore, was sitting behind a desk.
Finally, make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING the day of your walkaround before you turn in the keys. You won't get a signed copy of whatever is wrong with the appartment until a month after so they can say everything is fine and then not see a penny from your deposit. Yes, they're shady like that.
After all this, I'm pretty sure I don't need to tell you if I would recommend this place. It's a total joke.
