Do Not Move In

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I have been subjected to live in three different apartments in Runaway Bay and all three experiences were terrible!
The parking is the most horrible thing of all. When I lived in an apartment by the street, I had to park across the street almost every night because there was no parking in the complex at all! I am told that tennants have brought this up to management many times and they have done nothing to fix it. My garbage dumpster was two blocks away from my apartment door and it was a pain to carry it...sometimes we drove the trash to the dumpster. My water heater was leaking and when maintenance came to fix it, he made it worse....flooding most of the carpet and leaving it soaking wet without telling anyone who lived there about his accident. We came home to a wet floor with a huge fan plugged in to our electrical outlet running full blast to dry out the carpet. We told them that we weren't going to pay for the electricity that they used to clean up the mess that they made. Not to mention the fact that my car was broken into and my stereo stolen after the first two weeks that I lived there in broad daylight....some neighborhood watch!! Also rent is extremely expensive for the smallest rooms and the dumpiest place ever. If you can avoid it, don't live here EVER!!!
