Looked at about 15 different apartments -- these are fabulous. Our apartment looks out over a salt meadow. It's quiet and like living in a park.

Great pool & fitness center. Snacks, saltwater taffy, & coffee always on hand for residents. Apartments are huge (1300 sq ft), new & clean. Can't hear any neighbors. Entryways are decorated and spacious area to just relax & congregate.

Large storage space (optional) & carports & garages are available. Friendly and helpful staff -- even installed ceiling fans I purchased with no charge.

Best of all -- 4 blocks (8 min) walk from the beach and the boardwalk.
