the homes are beautiful, if you don't mind knowing every intimate detail about your neighbor. the walls in my building had zero insulation. so, you got to know your neighbors very well, if you wanted to or not. the bad part was, my bedroom was right next to theirs. not a good situation.
also, parking is a mess.
