After living in my own house for 28 years, I was very nervous about moving to an apartment. But this place is wonderful! It is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff is very efficient, as well as kind and courteous. They are always working on keeping the place beautiful. We love the gym, the clubhouse, and the easy walk to the beach. The people living here tend to be very friendly and quiet! I like the fact that the trash compactor is away from the apt. buildings, therefore keeping the bugs away as well (we have never seen any.) At first, we found the parking annoying, but we have adjusted to it. I am so glad we moved here. Although I really should buy a house for tax reasons, I can't find one that has all that this place offers.
