Pros:
1) 5 blocks away from the beach.
2) Newly constructed, so all the appliances and cabinets were new.
3) Gated community with good safety apparatus for all the buildings.
4) The only appartment complex that I know of in Virginia beach with a modern elevator.


Cons:
1) Dumpster is at least 200 yards away from home.
2) Only one dumpster for the whole apartment complex.
3) Irregular garbage pickups leading to accumulation of garbage outside the dumpster.
4) Extremly pricey. Rent is equal to mortgage payments for a house in a good neighborhood.
5) Parking is a nightmare if you live on the arch. Impossible to get parking spots anywhere close to where you reside if you come in after 7:00 pm.
6) No reserved parking. Except for handicapped spots.
7) Small gym. Gets claustrophobic if more than 4 persons use it at a time.
8) The pool is little bigger than a large bath tub.
9) Despite being the most pricey apartment complex in Virginia beach, you have to pay for all utilities, namely electricity, water, sewer and trash removal.
10) Pets galore and so is the poop they leave behind.
11) Jet noise is so bad, it's like you are living along the runway.
