I have been living here a little over 8 months and I absolutely love it here. In reference to some of the other comments, I can not think of any other apartment community that feels like home. The parking is a little hectic at times, but this was a decision we made before we moved in about possibly having to walk a distance. We love that the trash compactor is far from the buildings. Personally I would hate to have to smell the trash. I gets backed up sometimes, but I think maybe it is from some of the other residents being too lazy to open the door to the dumpster which causes a chain reaction. The utilities are great and comparable to what I was paying at my previous home. As far as the jet noise, you to got to love it. I am a native and I don't think there is a place in VB you can actually hide from it. When I am inside, I don't hear it as much. My neighbors are wonderful, I hardly ever hear a thing. Every once and awhile, i'll hear a door close but that's all. Great staff and community. Everyone is very friendly. Very close to the beach and city park that is nice for your four-legged friends. The apartments are very open and large. It is the biggest place I ever lived in. The landscaping is always kept. It would be nice to have more lighting for those walks at night to the dumpster or parking lot. It would be nice to have the front gate fixed however. Very upscale newer community. I haven't had any major maintenance issue thus far. Overall, so far, so good. We'll probabaly be here another year or so until we purchase a home. I would recommend these apartments. Very convenient. A little pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for.
