After a much needed renovation and change of management, Sea Pines, formerly Maximus, has made a complete turn around. Still, it has some problems. Jet noise and traffic with sirens, being the worst. Constant traffic and booming jets make for noisy neighbors. The updated and relatively clean apts, have new carpet, windows and floors but the walls are thin. Maintainence is good and the staff works through just about any problem quickly.
