I moved into Seapines May of 06'. I didn't even stay a whole year it was that bad. First off, the management is RIDICULOUS! They will find ANYTHING to complain and fine you for. The manager there, is a child. She complains AGAINST you if she dosen't like you and then tries to evict you. She NEVER answers the phone and is never in the office. So if you plan on needing her before you go to work, dont count on it. And dont plan on catching her before the office is closed because she'll leave before the office closes for the day. A continuous problem i ran into, was arguing with the mangager over problems that had absolutly nothing to do with me.
She tried to even evict me on grounds that didn't even apply to the lease. And once i threatened her with the Better Buisness Bureau, thats when she backed down. Talking with other residents there, it seems they ran into the same problems!!!!! It looks like she'll try to kick people out just to get that money. She also dosen't handle any complaints AT ALL. You have to call the corporate office to get anything fixed or any problems solved. I had drug dealers living in my building and one of the maintence crew actually lived there too. He would go to the drug dealers and buy stuff and then go about his so called routine. I couldn't believe it. AND the maitnance men are a bunch of PERVERTS. I live by myself, and i've even had to fight for this one too, one of the maintence men came into my apartment, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ( he latered stated it was routine maintnance) and walked in while i was in the shower. I didnt know he was in there until i got out. When i called and complained, i got this b.s from the mangager letting me know that i can not tell maintance when to not come in!!!!!!! They have to do what they need to do accordingly.

So..if you don't have a problem having an apartment complex run your life, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

She is right about maintenence coming in on regular basis. I was a single guy by myself, but one time I woke up half nude to see a stranger standing over my body. He apologized about a hundred times, but it was still an akward situation. Also, they were always inside of my apartment when I was at work. I hated that!

Clearly this is an angry person who could not couldn't follow a simple lease agreement and was evicted or asked to moved because of it.
