I have lived at South Beach for a little over a year now. Although I have had a wonderful experience here, I decided to look around when my lease came up for renewal. I must say that the other apartments in this area can't even compare to what I have here. The apartments are practically brand new and beautifully designed. You definitely get more bang for your buck here! The staff has been more than accommodating as far as receiving packages and faxes, and even though I have only had minor maintenance issues, maintenance responded the same day. I can't say I've ever heard of that at an apartment community before!! I live one mile from the beach and I couldn't ask for anything more.
