I would first like to state that the look of the apartment is really nice. I was the first to live in my apartment and it was not completely finished. I asked several times for a fixture (which made my apartment cost a little more) that would have completed my apartment and was told on every occasion that it was on order. I lived there for about a year and a half. I gave my notice to vacate and mysteriously the fixture that increased my rent appeared the next day! I feel that the rent is overpriced and the staff is extremely rude! However, the maintenance man is great! For the cost of rent, I believe that the community should have more ammenities.

I'm sure that there are nicer apartments with polite staff in VA Beach. In fact, I found one!! Good luck staying at South Beach. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
