I was the first person to live in my unit and I had no problems. The community is nice, my neighbors were great, and since I only had one car - I had no parking problems.

I did rent a 2BD place for myself and I felt that the price of rent was reasonable, even with the extra room. I may have been upset about the parking if I had another roommate, but there was plenty of "on street" parking for guests.

I electronic gate was a bit of a pain with guests (the phone system never seemed to work), but the pass on my car worked well.

Bottom line, this was the 4th apartment I had lived in over 9 years. Of those 3 of them (incl this one) were brand new. It met my expectations and I would recommend it.
