Depending on whom you ask, this is the worst apartment complex they?ve ever lived in or this is a wonderful new apartment complex.

It?s a hit or miss with getting good neighbors. There is a wide variety of people. Some belong in the geto (they could care less about their neighbors and go around picking fights), there is a fair share of military and families, you have the "Melrose Place" singles and finally the tenants that try to jam as many people into one apartment as legally possible to lower the rent.

The staff is nice and tries their best.

It is a gated community with security. Although anyone can jump the fence and steal your car. As far as security goes, I?ve not heard of them coming to anyone?s (personal or vehicular) rescue when needed.

You have one parking place per apartment and the overflow is a hit or miss.

The complex does not have a gym or a play area for children. The pool is nice.

Compared to the other apartments around town the inside is very nice and large.

The complex is only a mile from the beach.
