I lived in South Beach for one year. The people above me were extremely loud and one of the older children actually walked into my apartment when my roommate took out the trash, only to find me sitting there...he quickly apologized and ran back upstairs to continue the noise he makes on the floor. The staff was short and rude fairly often. The inside is modern and pretty, but the prices stepped up about 75 bucks from last year.
