As I get updates to my email regarding the ratings on this premises, I can see that nothing has changed. The office girls still trick people with their sweet smiles of deceit into renting an obscenely overpriced apartment, all the while racking up on commission to a neighborhood that they personally would never live in. According to the last rating, the gates STILL aren't properly working. During my one year length of lease, beginning August 08', I was initially let down when I discovered that the neighborhood being advertised as a "gated community" was actually a community with broken gates that hadn't worked in months. I was swooned by their promises of near-future repairs, and decided to go about with the lease. Americans being charged "gated-community" prices for a non-gated community is a crime in itself. Not only is the staff deliberately attempting to bombard its tenants with events such as yoga classes, ice cream socials, and neighborhood barbecues, which are ultimately wonderful things, they are completely negligent in keeping proper records of payments reared and will without hesitation attempt to sue you for months that have indeed been paid. Its heart-breaking that such a potentially beautiful community could be so drastically damaged by not only the negligence of the fake office staff, but by the repeated deliberate ignorance of management in cleaning out the employees who have in any other office setting make irrepressible mistake after mistake. DONT BE FOOLED AND DONT RENT AT SOUTH BEACH APARTMENTS!!!

I need to move to Va Beach from PA for a new job. I need to be living there in four weeks. Where WOULD you suggest as a place to live?
