Horrible Living at South Beach Apartments

My husband and I absolutely hated southbeach apartments. The office and maintenance staff is completely incompetent. The "gated" community is a hoak. The gates were broken for 10 months and in that time our car got broken into and the apartment wouldn't pay our deductable. One of the reasons we choose to live there was for security and the gated community. After we move out the apartment complex made us pay ridiculous fees. We had a leaking toilet for months that the maintenance department couldn't fix. We were just happy to leave.
