Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The staff is friendly and the pools and amenities are great. But beware of the GIANT AMERICAN ROACHES. They aren't the same as the menacing as the disease carrying german roaches, but in all my life I have never seen roaches this big and they are everywhere. I have lived in several apartments near lakes and bodies of water and never seen roaches like this. Some are the size of a golf ball. They spray, but I think the bugs are immune to it. I think I saw one carry off some of my patio furniture the other day.
