It's not worth it.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I have lived at St. Croix for three years, and I am packing my stuff to move by the end of the month. This community has changed in a big way, but the rude staff has not. The community manager can't manage a community at all, but she can manage to gossip all day with leasing consultant. I will never recommend this apartment community to anyone. I have expressed several concerns, including large groups of people hanging out on the stairways, loitering in the parking lot, overflowing dumpsters, and exterior lights that do not function properly. After expressing concerns about safety regarding residents loitering with large groups on the sidewalks and stairs, I was told I complain too much and that I should just move. Enough said! Those ladies in the office are always "so busy" but every time I go in the office their desks are clear. The surrounding neighborhoods such as Lynnbrook Landing, Campus East and Baker Crossing Apartments are awful sections of the city. Police have frequent calls to this neighborhood and the chopper circles overhead at least once a week. Keep looking...you can do better! Also, there were numerous car break-ins last year. I found out from a co-worker who did not even live in the neighborhood. I expressed my concerns to the community manager and got no response.
