If you're anything like me, I prefer to live in a community where the grounds are kept clean and residents take pride in their community. People literally place 2 plus bags of trash outside of their doors for days. HOW LAZY! This attracts rodents and projects a trazy place to live. Not to mention, management sent out a letter stating whomever placed trashed outside their door would be fined $25 per bag. This solution would have been effective if management was proactive. If people were being charged, I would not have to see trash at my neighbor's door as I exit my apartment. Besides the above, the community is quiet and a nice place to live but had I known about the above, I would have never moved here. Why pay $1000 plus for rent, if I can't live in luxury. I could have moved in low income housing I wanted to see trash outside my door for days...

It's really unfair for the office to be facilitating resonses on public websites. And why report it to you? You don't even answer the phone.
