I've read a lot of the other reviews and I have to say I actually feel that this place is a pretty decent apartment. The ladies in the office seem nice, I have talked with Angela a few times and she is always kind and helpful. Maintenance is very friendly and always comes out right away, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for them to fix a problem. Most of the residents are nice. As with any apartment complex you will occassionally hear some loud drunk residents at 2 oclock in the morning but, they arent normally loud for more than a few minutes before they scurry away to their apartments. My only complaint is that living on the bottom floor sucks! I can hear EVERYTHING the people above me do! the people above me talk loudly and bang around at early times in the morning. I can often hear if they are yelling at each other, but I guess not everyone is respectful of their neighbors. Also peopple drive by with their systems thumping loudly constantly. Sometimes they evern park in a parking space right near your apartment and just let it play. I have no idea why people cant turn down their systems when they pull into a complex, itss o rude! But again these are problems that dont have to directly deal with the apartment complex itself, just living in an apartment in general. Overall for an apartment complex, it is a nice place to live from what I have seen.
