I have rented from two other apartments since I moved to VA back in '98. I have never seen a more dedicated, friendly staff. Also, I really can't think of many other apartment complexes that have a solid plan in order to upkeep the appliances like this one! And let's not forget the maintenance! Listen, at ANY complex you go to, they're going to be busy. BE PATIENT. This maintenance crew really puts their all into getting the job done. My hat is off to them, as well as the entire staff at Summer Station!

well I ahve being here for about 18 months. in that time I have had many flooding situations and still dealing with them as I type.
