I have several times experienced water problems in my appartment, I have lived here about 18 months and in this time there have being at least 7 times that I woke up or that my wife wakes up (when I'm underway and she happens to be alone in the appartment) and we find our dinning room flooded, my wife have talked to the secretaries in the office very nice about it and they are nice about it too, but that is not solving our problem, in the mean while we have a one year lease that we have to onore or we would have to pay all the pennalties. All the time maintenance personnel come all they do is vacum the water and place blowers so it can dry out, the blowers most of the times are here for 4 days going day and night. my wife is pregnant and they seem to not care about fixing the problem once and for all. we are here stock with the water and now I just got tired of them not fixing the problem that we have had for the past 14 months, the first 4 months everything was fine but now it is just getting worse every time. We had water all over on saturday, they placed the blowers on then and removed them this morning, I came back from work and we are getting water again. with that being said do any one who reads this revew know of any good attorney that may help me with this matter' obiously by me and my wife just being nice to the secretaries and asking them for help is not doing any good so I think it is time to go on a different route.

All places have problems you just happened to be the unlucky one. I know someone who has lived there for a 1yr now and loves it and the managers are really nice.

You should call the management company rather than going through the office staff. That seems to get them usually. Put everything in writing as well. Good luck. Our apartments have a problem with mold if it makes you feel any better. We've had mold 5 times in our bathroom closet now and even though they clean it up each time, it keeps occuring.

We've been flooded! But not your way. They busted the pipes behind washer and dryer. the maintance guy soaked all the clothes I had just dryed and folded and didn't even apologize or ask me to move them. Told me to run the blowers for 24 hours and my electric bill was HUGE which they would not comp. They messed up and I have to pay for it with so much of my stuff getting damaged in the process. If you know of a good attorney, I'd love to know too! By the way Jaydee- MOLD is a health issue, they can get shut down for it if it's a reoccuring problem.
