My wife and I moved here from out of state in 2006. The area looked really nice , so we rented a unit. Total nightmare. Looks are very deceiving in this place. The crime is HORRIBLE. Don't let the good reviews fool you because it is probably being written by te staff and/or their friends. If you don't believe me about the crime, then call the Virginia Beach Police Dept. Crime Statistics division. I have been in law enforcment for 6 years and even I was scared to go out there at night without protection. Robberies, break ins, shootings,etc all the time. Between the noise of the neighbors partying (all the time), people yelling and the very regular noise of the police helicopter over your apartment (almost weekly), you could not get any sleep. Our baby was constantly being woken up. I had my tires slashed twice. Also, if you move here, be very careful with the staff. Deal only with the manager, she is pretty nice. But the leasing agents are 10x worst than used car salesman. Very, very deceptive. Also, if you move out, be cautious. Me and my neighbor that moved out got milked of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.....except for parolees. PS. Parking sucks after dark and it is too dangerous to park down the street, it is a sure way to get robbed. And definitely not a good place for females to walk alone, even during the day. Amen brother. This complex is horrible. Can anyone believe the crap on the other comments. " a wonderful place"..... yeah right. You can tell with no dount it was written by employees.. probably tiffany or christina

Cars drive through at all hours with their radio's pumping waking up my son, I can't ever get a good night's sleep!!! At midnight a month back I was up scared because there were a bunch of thugs in the parking lot with their car radio's turned up dancing around and smoking god knows what. I stayed up for 3 hours watching my car because I was scared they would break into it. Just 2 nights ago we heard shots fired, sounded like a whole clip. My husband grabbed my son out of his room and we had to hide in the bathroom because we were scared bullets would come throw the windows. Helicopters and police cars cruised around the area for 2 hours. It was HELL!
