I read these ratings and I must live in a whole different world. Now granted, things have happened here on occasion, but if you think about where can anyone live without some kind of occurence happening' Well please if you know inform me. No one can really complain about noise, I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but ITS APARTMENT LIVING what do you really expect. If you don't want to hear stuff from above then live on the 1st floor like me. I have lived here for about 6 months now. I had a few maintenance issues, but they were fixed within 2 days. I was reading one of the other reviews and my water is fine when I get a shower. By reading these I think that people are probably just complaining due to the fact that they have to spend money for something they have done wrong. And we have 5 days to pay our rent so really is there a reason to complain about a late fee'''' It may be possible that I live in a totally different area then the rest of the residents but I'm pretty sure that is not the case.

you can get out of your lease people. i just found out too late. if yo are a current resident concerned about the crime, get an attorney. there is a way to have the courts disolve your lease because of high crime. i met a person htat did it. just get an attorney and the can help. I asked one myself and they confirmed it.

The only problem is is that PCR (the owners of Summers Station) will shell out a lot for their attorney and win almost any case as you will find in 2 previous posts.
