I've lived here for a little over a year and recently renewed my lease. I've found this complex to be a generally quiet and nice place to live. Of course,as with any apartment complex, there are the rude and incosiderate tenants that think only of themselves ie: loud music, loud fighting, doors slamming & trash left out in the breezeways etc... That's apartment life for you though! The office staff has always been cheerful & helpful. Any maintenance requests have been answered quickly and professionally. The one improvement that I would love to see is more visitor parking spaces and enforcement of the permit parking. It's frustrating to see vehicles without permit stickers in tenant parking spaces. We have friends that visit regularly and they always park where directed. It's too bad other's aren't as thoughtful.

There is fighting, loud music, the smell of marijuana, and trash everywhere. I loved when I woke up and there were smashed beer bottles next to my car... and yet YOU STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE??????? RUN PEOPLE! Don't be fooled about the model home area which is a few apartments that YES is kept nice, the rest of their complexes are left to rot and their tenants left to suffer.
