DEATH WOULD BE MORE PLEASANT

They scam military couples, let me say that right now. And they screw you better than a Phillips. They charged us multiple times ($150) because our payment was 10, 20 minutes late. They stole items off our porch that was NOT trash and threw it away. They even came in once they didn't think someone was home with a bogus "work order" to fix something. I walked out of my bedroom and found this teenager standing in my living room getting ready to walk up to my tv, if I wasn't there I'm sure he would have walked off with it. He said he had the wrong apartment when I confronted him about why he was there. How convenient! The tenants themselves are no walk in the park. I'm not sure who they allow to live here. I've woken up in the middle of the night multiple times from what sounded like race car engines with their radios blasted to high limits. I've had to deal with gunshots, screams of fear and those of fighting, and helicopters circling above. I've had to deal with young men fighting right outside of our apartment and deal with blood stained walk ways. I smelt marijuana every time I got home from work at night, and I'd have to deal with the paint on my car being maliciously scratched. It got to the point where I just stopped calling to complain. They never listened to my cries and would only tell me to suffer through. This was in no way an appropriate way to deal with their tenants. I was hooked by a sweet girl with an engaging smile, making me feel like living here would be bliss. I read the nice reviews that outweighed the bad ones, but once I moved in, awful reviews began to creep up. I agree with every negative sentiment. I did go to my friend's place who lived in the model home area. Our apartment was the bastard child of that one. Their place had NEW and NICE carpeting, their appliances were updated, their linoleum was quality, the grounds were well maintained, and their walls weren't spray painted like my apartments. I realize how they trap families into living here. They present this beautiful apartment, but the one you get stuck with is a disgusting mess. On walk through when we moved in, it was filthy. I knew it was a mistake to move in here as soon as I walked in the door, but what could I do' They'll want $2000 for you to get out of your lease early, but instead you pay $13,000 a year to live in squalor. Please, ask to see YOUR apartment before you move in, have a FACE to FACE with the manager that way you can decide for yourself. But if you trust reviews, than trust me. You will be miserable. Get a town home with double the space, with a water view, with a garage for $200 LESS a month.
