We had SO many things go wrong living there. First off stuff broke all the time, especially the dishwasher, they only had it screwed into the wall with 1 screw and it fell out on my husband every time he went to put a dish into it. The ceiling leaked every time it rained so there were huge wet stains on the ceilings. The central air wouldn't work half the time. The outside lights were never on, I'd come home from work late at night in total darkness. To make matters worse at night is when all the freaks came out. Our area was 90% thugs and their thug kids. I'd come home after working a double shift to find them smoking out in the parking lot with their car stereos up as loud as they could be. I'd literally have to run from my car into my apartment because I didn't want to get jumped by one of their thug friends. It was really awful. Maintenance were awful as was the entire staff. During the summer there was a flood in one of the apartments so they shut everyone's water off for 3 hours without any notification that they had to do so. The maintenance kids weren't careful when they were doign repairs and would often make a mess any time something broke. We changed our locks with more expensive locks because we heard about the problem with maintenance guys coming in (we found out they were stealing stuff from 2 other tenants!!!) so when our cable guy came to install things I said "oh, let me go unlock the storage door for you" he just looks at me and says there isn't a need- and he got into it so easy! I didn't feel safe and I didn't have any privacy. We saw more people move out than move in.

Wow! When I read this review I immediately called my wife and asked if she wrote it because it sounded so identical to our problems. It wasn't her so I guess these things really are common here!
