The rules here are insane....if something is broken you have to give them permission to come in w/out you present OR they show up, no appointments made, and if you are not home the 2 times they show up, you have to pay a fine. The parking here sucks, they have limited visitors parking. There have been problems w/cars being broken into and they will not spend the money to put up cameras. It's very easy to hear the person above you when they walk or talk. I can't make out what they are saying but you can hear voices. They are all about the money and NOT about the people that rent from them. I highly suggest if you are going to pay this kind of money for something, it might as well be a house.

Oh, they come into ur place even if you don't have a work order in. Some loser walked in on my place because he had a bogus work order for the place next door. When I found him in my living room he said he had the wrong place but continued to stand there and didn't leave. Seems like a good scam! You give them permission to fix ----, but it doesn't have to be your place they're fixing and since you're not home they can walk around your place and check out all your expensive goodies.
