This place sucks. Parking sucks. Service sucks. My ceiling started leaking( a lot mind you) in July or August and when I moved out in October it still hadn't been repaired. Other than the ceiling leaking when I moved out the apartment was the same as when I moved in. Somehow in their minds I damaged the apartment 306.00 dollars worth. I wasn't even there most of the time. They are cool with illegal activies taking place on the property as long as you pay your rent on time. Any issues they will tell you to just suck it up and deal with it. I will never again pay that much rent to live in a sh**thole. All they want is your money they don't care about anything else. They will even make up damages apparently to get more money out of you, cause you no longer desire living in their crappy apartments. Parking passes are a joke. You can get one even if you don't live there, just ask management's buddies and the 500 other people that have one without living there. There isn't even enough parking. I would constantly have to park across the street cause there weren't any available spots. They make up crap so they can fine you. For instance they tried to fine me for garbage sitting on my porch. Yet not once in the miserable year I lived there did I leave trash anywhere outside. I don't even understand why they have a long list of rules, its not like they enforce anything. These people are the ----- in disguise. I still can't wrap my mind around how shady these people are. I couldn't wait for my lease to be up. I moved out in October and I couldn't be happier. DO NOT MOVE TO SUMMER STATION!!!!

Our ceiling leaked too. They did replace the windows but the company messed up the job and they STILL leaked plus they didn't install them right.

Our windows leaked too - when we moved in they promised to fix them - 2 months after move in someone did come and replace them (not maintenance - someone they hired) - they still leaked and whenever we had severe weather (TOO Often) water would pour onto the window sill and run down the wall when it overflowed. The windows had also been painted over and we couldn't open either of the windows in our bedroom.
