The thing I think people are missing when it comes to anything that has four walls and a roof is that it's going to have problems from time to time. I have lived at Summer Station since September of 2004 and I have experienced some issues just like anyone else (such as water leaks, garbage disposal failing, etc.). The maintenance staff has been really awesome about taking care of any issues I've had. Sure, sometimes they couldn't get to it right away, but think of it - they have HUNDREDS of apartments to care for, on top of routine maintenance on the entire complex. And if you take a serious look at their maintenance staff, it's not like there's one staff member per apartment. That's just not practical. One of the downsides to living in an apartment ANYWHERE is that you're going to hear your neighbors. It's as simple as that. If you can't handle it, get a house.
To close this up, I just want to say that I have had a wonderful time living here so far. I pay my bills on time, keep my place in order, respect the staff and the privacy of my neighbors, and things have gone just fine. Any hiccups that have occured did so because that's just a part of life. Much appreciation goes out to the staff of Summer Station Apartments! :)

I have to disagree about the maintenance staff. Especially 2 of the staff that got fired last year for stealing stuff out of people's apartments. It's impossible to get them to come to your place, it took them 2 hours to come and fix a flood that they caused in our apartment. They just left, and the water was soaked through my carpets and floors, said it would be 20 mins they'd come clean it up and it was 2 hours. There weren't enough maintenance people to help. I'm afraid your review is nothing but fluff. When it comes to service they don't deliver.

Ok NOONE has ever been fired from Summer Station Apartments from stealing stuff in maintenance. FYI.
