we are (1/2) military and did a ton of looking around (very draining) and finally decided on this place because i liked what i thought was the layout. turns out we were shown an incorrect layout, but we moved in feeling defeated. it took over a week for them to send a person to fix a light fixture that blew 3energy eff light bulbs. other services we requested we either ignored or they just decided not to attend to them and NOT bother letting us know. black MOLD in all the windows and a green mold completely cover our porch. there is a HUGE lack of storage and no insulation (so i can hear EVERYTHING upstairs and outside). we can hear EVERY step our upstairs neighbors make (i've named 2 of the three, elephant and sashquash). they walk on their heels, run up stairs, slam doors, blast music, and the office solution, just call the police! ....what and tell them (besides the music issues) i live in a poorly constructed, OLD, apt and can't take the noise my neighbors make while they walk''' you hear them open and let bang every cabinet, i can hear their every word when they talk in the bedroom, and even as bad as bathroom trips. people leave their pet poop right where they go, the office tells us that is we find out exactly who they are, what apt they live in, that we can report them. almost forgot, little to NO guest parking. this place is a parking mess. permit only, if your guests are here more than ONE day you have to get a pass, or you WILL get towed. they have someone making $$$ driving around looking for permit stickers. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! this place is a nightmare. i am having my sleep seriously affected. we moved in the apt in dec, the lease starts in january, and i am already counting down till our year lease is over.

This Guy is Spot on!!! I had lived there over a year and just an FYI he can get out of the lease by just giving 90 days notice!!! They just wont tell you that.
