Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009

After reading the last review I feel bad writing mine but each situation is different. I really Love my apartment. I have lived here a year and i am renewing for another year. My apartment is clean (maybe the last person should try cleaning theres once in a while! =) ), there are new appliances and I hardly ever hear my neighbor, just a little here and there but that is to be expected at an apartment and it is not loud enough to bother me. The area is really nice, and a lot quieter than my last place because the jets do not really fly over this area. I have no complaints about my apartment and i would recommend it to anyone!

your comment of us needing to clean our apartment was catty, when we MOVED IN to this place it was moldy. i am and my man are VERY CLEAN PEOPLE thank you very much. if you had paid attention to what i actually wrote you would of noted i said mold in the windows and porch. that is caused by leaking of window seals, which you will also get to feel a draft thru and lack of power washing or treating a porch. people let me tell you in case you are not familiar with the facts.... flight patterns the military use change. they take off and fly over in many differnt directions, the DO fly overhead at some points and no it's not bad like some areas.... doesn't make the fixtures in the apartment shake but YES it IS noisy at times. wondering just our of a curious nature what floor level this apartment is on?? AND i do hope everyone looking takes time to look at the pictures someone was kind enough to post of their apartment here and DO take note on how the management handles their clients. i feel like they are professional enough to get you in the door and sign a contract then it's over!!

You're funny lady. You should of scoped out your apartment before you moved in. Did you ask them to fix the mold problem? If they refuse to fix it, I would write the CEO via e-mail and explain the situation at hand. I'm pretty sure this apartment complex is well established enough to listen to your complaints. C'mon, the rent for a 2 bed is over 1000, it must be ok. Its seems like you and your "man" are in a bit of a bind b/c he is not the one commenting on ApartmentRatings on valentine's day.
