I realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that everyone has different experiences, but I love my apartment. I have lived in the complex for several years and cant say that I have had one problem. The staff is courteous, the grounds are well kept, I have never had any problems with vandalism or heard about any, and I couldnt ask for better neighbors!! I have read the previous reviews and would like to give my thoughts on a few of them. I have a dog and I will agree that some people need to do a better job of cleaning up after their pets, but at the same time I dont let it ruin my day. The pet mess at this complex is atleast 50% better than most!! Also, there are a group of 20-30 yr olds that gather outside on nice days, grill out and let their children play. They have always been kind and inviting to myself and my guests when they are out. I think that people need to stop and realize that you are living in an apartment...your going to hear people, there are going to be people out having a good time and not everything will always be perfect.

LOL wow! can we trade apts??? i fricken LOVE hearing my upstairs neighbors ----, pissing, and even their basic non-raised voice conversations!! oh but wait according to you that is normal apartment living!! have you noticed the cops that are here almost every weekend driving around in the parking lot at night time?? this is a OLD apt complex and it is unfortunately a reality that you will hear people walking around, RUNNING down the stairs (that are a fire hazard because they are made of wood) which are connected to bedroom walls, the cabinets bouncing as they are closed... people need to be informed so they can decide on their own if they can deal with living here. the office only said to us that you may hear something once in a while. NO the reality is unless you are lucky enough to live on the 3rd floor, in a 1br where your neighbor works 23 1/2 hours, have NO kids for neighbors, no barking dogs as neighbors, are deaf, the soundest of sound sleepers, you WILL be disturbed on a daily... and probably like us nightly. so again let us all know when you move out and what apt building and # when you do so maybe we have a shot at peace in this --------!! -looking forward to the move OUT!!
