On move-in our apartment was in like-new condition. The property is fairly new, and our 3BR/2Bth apartment is roomy and contains generous storage space.

Given this is a limited income property we were hesitant to move in and recently wished we hadn't. Noise is a big problem; floor and wall construction is cheap. There has been a major fight outside our apartment, police called on a domestic violence call, and disrespectful neighbors who refuse to turn down the bass on their stereos no matter how cordial we've been in asking.

Our apartment was flooded from a faulty hose connection to an upstairs water heater. To their credit, maintenance was prompt to fix issues relating to the flood and has always been prompt to fix other issues, at least in our experience. However, overall quality of work concerns us given what we personally observed to be the cause of the flood.

Shelly, the head manager, does not seem very personable or caring. The rest of the staff, however, have been friendly, respectful and cooperative.

The apartments themselves are nice (although I've heard quality can vary from unit to unit, i.e. my neighbor has been trying to get mgmt to replace her aged linoleum for months without response, and ours is brand new.)

Oh...and people love to litter here. Like I said...no respect.

This review was great. It makes me want to avoid the reasons why I want to move in the first place: NEIGHBORS!
