I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND THE MGNT. IS TERRIBLE.THEY WILL PUT YOU OUT OR GIVE YOU NOTICE (IF YOUR BLACK) IF SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT ANYTHING.THEY ARE AND WERE VERY TWO-FACED PEOPLE AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. NOW WHEN YOU COME IN, THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY LOVE YOU TO DEATH BUT SHELLY(MANAGER)IS A FAKE AND SHE HASNT HEARD THE LAST OF ME....

Oh my, is this person for real? They dont put anyone out IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT BONEHEAD!!! Were you 7 or 8 months late on your 12 month lease. Shelly is the nicest person, she is just doing her job. AND we all want to hear the last of you.

I've lived here for close to SIX YEARS and some things have changed for the better. Yes, a while back they had some MAJOR problems with their maintenance workers who would never fix anything and you pretty much had to do it yourself (that's cool with me somewhat). And they are overly extreme with having no kind of grace period for paying rent. THAT is really bad. Due on the first, and only the first. This is the only apts I've lived in that only had ONE day to pay my rent. All other places had a 3 to 5 day grace period. But I have to say that in the last year I've seen a LOT of improvements. For example the maintenace is very quick to respond now and they are on point now with checking things out for you if you ask. (Whether you're Hispanic, Black, or White I might add, so step off of the race thing! Let it go!) Also, if you pay your rent ON TIME, ALL the time, there's no problems. Compared to some of the crap "apts" I've lived in growning up in Norfolk... these are VERY nice for the price and location. I LOVE it here. You make it what you want it, that's all. If you don't like it, go to other apts and see if you get the same things we have, with the same kind of location, and schools. You won't.

color has nothing to do with it. lol. The race card just should not be paid especially since the majority of virginia beach is umm let me see.. black. Now if this was podunk alabama there's a possibility and if there was there's a thing called a lawyer. Something else obviously happened that just put you and the manager on bad ends. Maybe you were rude to her and didn't realize you were being rude, or you just caught her on a bad day and she may have been rude at that moment. Either way no ones perfect and you shouldn't expect them to be and if you're following all the rules of a complex then they have no just reason to evict you if it really was just out of the blue then you would be able to file a lawsuit.
