I lived at The Plaza for 3 years and the only good thing is the maintenance people, they are very nice and try their best. Bad things are the paper thing walls, street noise from people, stereos and non-educated tenants. If you decide to move here wait for the late night parties in any given day and hour, very bad language and non carying people. Some of the people that live around my building had several visits from the cops, really you can see police action evry month arount this place. The rent is cheap, so that what you get cheap people living around you.

At the end of the Daytona Rd. is a very bad neighborhood and they walk up and down the street, they are just plain scary. Many drunk people walking around at night. I never felt safe there.

The parking was "fixed" right at the end of my lease. hey fix the parking inside the complex but kicked out all the other cars to the curb on Daytona Rd. what makes it impossible to drive there.

Inside the apartments you can find very little storage, poor quality of the building, noisy floors, a lot of things are rusted. Their model don't look nothing like the real thing. Plus the bathrooms have pink tile on the floors and walls. The floors both in the bathroom and kitchen are in very poor conditions.

I'm so happy that I got out of there, don't know why I stayed so long.

Oh !!! they have a termite problem in many units.

This is pure ghetto - I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers, we are so happy to move out. The maintenance people are nice and things get repaired eventually but the atmosphere and majority of tenants are absolutely repulsive. Thugged out teens walking up and down the Daytona, block the road and challenging the cars gets very annoying. No one gives a flying !@#$ about noise guidelines and cars/appartments blast ghetto cRAP all hours of day and night. Cops are here daily - I just wish they would start using their guns.
