this place is awful. poor insulation, cold air comes in, heat goes out, heating and ac bills are very high. management is very mean and does not care. i am breaking my lease in march 2007. moving here was more costly than i thought. I thought i was going to save on the rent but turns out i ended up paying more on heating and ac and for parking. and you can hear gun fire on a regular basis. this is a ghetto. a real one. gangs guns drugs you name it they got it. not a place to have your kids. please stay away. loud musi at all hours of the night. anything you can think of. the police stay over here all the time. i watched a guy get cut right in my front yard. scary. i watched kids kick in the entire side of a brand new mustang. and it was atleast 20 kids. plus they did a home invansion on the guy. these kids went to his house and pulled him out and then stomped in his car. they have had two shootings around the corner where it was yellow taped off. imagine coming home to police tape. if you want all this and more please by all means, take the risk.
