My husband and i just moved out of this apartment. We were so happy for our lease to be up. They have also just raised the price of rent in these apartments by about $50. I have several complaints about this residence. To start with we are expecting our first child in October and i would NEVER have a child in this apartment or neighborhood. It is a very bad and dangerous neighborhood. There are constantly people hanging around in the parking lots an the roads all around the complex, they are partying and selling drugs etc. And the plumbing is horrible during the past couple months we have noticed the sewer man hole covers just overflowing with waste from the apartments sewers and they don't do anything about it. People that live in the apartments are very loud, very rude and partying constantly. And then to start on the apartment inside. Oh where to start. Bugs like you would not believe, and lots of different kinds. In the year we lived there we saw at least 4 different kinds of bugs crawling around, an we were put on a waiting list to have someone come and spray. And needless to say we ended up going to Home Depot and getting our own spray because no one ever came to spray. Thewn the mold situation, there is mold all over in these apartments. Which is another reason to not have children in these apartments. We also had huge problems with our upstairs neighbors partying an stomping on the floor, an peeing off their deck onto our patio, throwing beer cans outside, throwing up on our patio from their balcony. We reported them several times to the management an they did nothing. They told us to write a letter of complaint stating what they had done so we did this twice actually. And then they just pretty much told us you will have to call the police because there is nothing we can do about it. So that shows you a little about the management of this apartment. Pretty much as long as they are gettin their rent every month they don't care what is goin on in their buildings. Well i suppose i could go on and on but i am jus very happy to finally be out of those apartments. So i hope this helps someone to avoid making the same mistake my husband and i made.
