Whatever your financial situtation may be it would be an ill advised decision to move into Plaza being a single mother I wanted to save money on my rent so I could give more to my daughter. That ended up being a horrible mistake. Where do I start... I guess I'll start with the gunshots. Living in Plaza less then six months I witnessed a teenager pulling a gun on a group of people and firing and I've heard gunshots 3-4 times. Not exactly a safe enviroment. There are excessively loud and disrespectful children in my particalar section (One child one day was trying to steal my daughter's lawn chair). There are drug addicts, prostitutes, and drunks that walk the streets at all hours. The apartment is digusting: thin walls,roaches (one found in my daughter's bed), mold that coats the kitchen floor, you can hear the neighbors constantly (not the neighbors fault), and the management could care less about anything. I advsed them of the shooting I witnessed and managements response was "What do you want me to do about it'". Pure ignorance. I would not wish this apartment on my worst enemy

We have lived here for 2 years now and I completely agree.. I cant wait to get my kids out of here!

Plaza and Campus East (Lake Edward area) are both places that pizza delivery won't go to after dark.

yeah I just found out that my old apartment is too. Hilltop South SUCKS!!! But They used to deliver to me in The Hamptons over in the Lake Edwards area.
