This place is the worst place I have ever lived. From the time I moved in I have had problems with my A/C. It didn't work when I called the office about it the first time no one showed up the second time it was on a Saturday so they just brought me a box fan (and I have a 3 bed room apartment) and told me they couldnt do anything till monday. Well you guessed it they didnt show back up now it wasnt that bad at that time cause it was still cool outside a couple weeks later it was a difrent story. Called them again same thing just didnt show up this went on for 3 more months. They finaly told me that they were going to replace the a/c unit guess what never happend now they come by weekly and put freon in it. My hot water heater was tripping breakers all the time it went out one time I went in and looked at it and it looked like it had been on fire and I called them and they came in and wiped the soot off of it put the cover back on it and said it was fixed. I don't fill safe here at all. My husband is in the navy and is gone a lot. I can walk down my step and smell the people at the bottom smokeing weed. There are always people fighting in the streets and walking around with beers. The pool is gross I would and have never taken my little girl to it. The office staff is rude one time when I called about the A/C it was just as I got home and it was 85 in my apartment I called and they said "its 4:45 we are about to leave can you call back in a min and talk to the answering scervice". Just this last friday I watched out my little girls bedroom window a swat team do a raid on one of the town houses across the street. The back of my car is cracked now because of a kid running his bike into it. The kids here are unsupervised I got a letter on my door today from the office that was a joke telling parents to control their kids the people here dont care. So if you want to just throw money away move here but if you want to be safe and have nice things go someplace else. Im glad for the militay clause that is getting me out of my lease.
