Title says it all - do not come here with little children and do not go out after dark if you are dumb enough to sign a lease. This place attracts the worst of thugs and delinquent teens with its own row of projects down Daytona street. Roaches, ants, thin walls, noisy neighbors, no guest parking, thugs on the streets all ours of day and night is what you will get here. Cheap rent but you get what you pay for.
