BEWAREEE!! WATERFORD APARTMENTS! THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE WORLD! THEY WILL OFFER YOU FREE FIRST MONTH, MOVE IN TODAY, NO DEPOSIT BLA BLA BLA JUST TO GET YOU IN THE LEASE! their staff is horrible. They will come in to your apartment without your permission while you are at work, "to fix" things, every freaking month. Once you are in the lease, they will charge you for everything! and if you ever need to leave before your lease is up, you will have to pay at least $3000 minimun depending on the months that you have been living there, and if they dont they will ruin your credit.. seriously.. just stay away from this people, they are up to no good. ---- AND ---- ARE THE BIGGEST ---------! they will pretend to be nice and lie to you saying that there are security cameras, safe enviroment, bla bla bla but the truth is, there were 5 or more robberies in the last couple of months! they break in to aparments, break in to cars, is very dark and unsafe at night.. one more thing! the security cameras dont work! and "-------" you are just a -----! front desk people need to get a life, always into your business.. seriously, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AND THE CRAZY PEOPLE LIVING IN THERE

Evidently, this individual didn't read his Lease or doesn't know how to read. Everything that the Waterford staff does is in compliance with the Lease and Perrel Management Company. The Waterford staff goes above and beyond to ensure that all Resident have quality service and a nice place to call home. I am sorry that this individual didn't see it that way.

You can definitively see here by the manager's response how they disrespect people. How could I not know how to read and be writing a complaint against this place? you are just an idiot -------. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. its definitively you writing the good reviews.. I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU.
