Okay, I messed up before and what I typed didn't go through, but basically, the apartments are pretty nice, they're spacious and nice doors and all that stuff...but we've been living here a month and my husbands in the Navy and we have gone in two times to put me on the lease but they wouldn't let us because it was a Saturday. I guess people aren't allowed to be put on the lease on Saturday's or something, and well, he works past the office hours on weekdays, and I couldn't be put on the lease without him there. We are paying through the Rental Partnership Program which our rent money comes out twice automatically twice a month from his paychecks. Today we got a notice of default-failure to pay rent. But we set up the allotment and did exactly what they told us to do, and now we're going to have to pay a $50 late fee because they ----ed up. Also, there is dog poop everywhere. It's disgusting. I have a dog, and always pick up after him, because in all reality, it's not that hard to bend over and pick up the poop with a bag (you can even get pooper scoopers where you don't have to bend over), but every time I take my puppy out, I have to worry about him stepping in another dogs feces and getting Parvo or another virus or disease transmitted through poop. And if I step in fresh poop...they're gonna hear it! We don't have their cable service yet, but I've heard from other people that it's horrible (you can only have the apartment complexes private cable company, unless you have permission from them to have something else...but they won't permit it!) and I have heard that the bigger the tv, the worse the reception. So, I really do like the apartments, I just don't like the run around, and the poop and the service provided. So hey, if you don't mind stepping dog poop or paying a $50 late fee every month, then this place is for you!
