(user photo) these were the only walls we painted in the entire apartment (user photo) we cleaned everything from top to bottom when we moved in and when we moved out (user photo) we even cleaned the carpets in EVERY room even if it didn't need it (user photo) this was me cleaning the chalky walls before we moved in because they were nasty

Management is unreliable and unprofessional.
The grounds need help, there is no are for the children to play and they advertise a clubhouse but never tell you it is never to be used by the tenants.

The maintenance crew is nice and are very helpful.

The surrounding area is not the best.

Finally too many partiers and people who do not take pride in where they live.
