honestly i love it here, I have the bottom floor, I had two problems in the one month I've lived there but honestly maintance is awesome,they didnt leave till everything was cleaned up, and fixed i havent had no problems with the staff. They had a really nice set up in the club house for halloween. the one thing i can say is they never told me i was going to be paying sewage and water. i Love my apartment and so does everyone that goes in there. I never have a problem with parking and never have a problem with neighbors, my neighbors are very nice, the only thing i cant stand is the people that live upstairs from me, feed the ducks and while im outside smokein a cigerette all the ducks come runnning up and the people upstairs dont even care that im out side and the ducks are running up to my porch.
