These apartments are fairly good. The staff is friendly and things get fixed soon after you report it. The jet noise is VERY loud. This place is like, right under the approach pattern, just a couple miles from the base. It sucks that you cant keep your windows open when it is nice outside because of the noise. There are no problems with bugs or anything like that. We are close to Lynnhaven Mall and Food Lion is right on the corner. The cable situation isn't good, I would like to get something other than what Water Front offers...but I guess they are making money. Closet space is limited in my apartment. The grounds look real nice, right now the Christmas decorations are up and looks cool from across the lake. My neighbors are pretty cool and aren't too loud.
