(user photo) these were the only walls we painted in the entire apartment (user photo) we cleaned everything from top to bottom when we moved in and when we moved out (user photo) we even cleaned the carpets in EVERY room even if it didn't need it (user photo) this was me cleaning the chalky walls before we moved in because they were nasty

This apartment is poorly built. Recently many apartment units had pipe freezing problems, and 911 frequently came to the apartment because the apartments were full of cold water. I have never heard that any other apartments in the Pittsburgh area had the pipe freezing problem too. This apartment sucks!!!

Umm...Waterfront apartments are not in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. And I do not know the last time that Virginia Beach has had freezing weather in the past few years I have lived here! This review must be posted by someone or some other company that is just out to post negative reviews out of spite. I love living at Waterfront - its a great place!!

I live at Waterfront but I'm from Pittsburgh. Pipe freezing is a common occurrence in PA. None the less, this review is completely irrelevant. Pipes don't freeze in VA Beach.
