weve been here for about 6 months and wished we would have looked around more before moving in...make sure you fully inspect your apartment b4 moving in..we were in a rush to move in, but after looking closely the apartment was filthy, obvious not been cleaned...this is despite the fact that we pay a non-refundable cleaning fee..huumm, wonder what they do with that money '''' also, the walls must be seriously paper thin...bcos i often hear my neighbours conversations and arguments at 3am....the staff are ok....maintainance dont really seem to know their stuff..my advice is do not sign up for cable or internet when moving in..bcos youll get locked into using their service for the term of the lease..which is a slow and unreliable service..also had some cars broken into this past weekend..not allot of storage space either, so youll prob have to pay for a storage unit on top of your rent, which isnt cheap..but to be honest, im sure youll be having these same problems in virginia unless your willing to pay more for a nicer area and service..i guess you get what you pay for....on the positive side, your allowed pets and its in a great location....
