I Agree with one of the statments that another person made on here. Waterfront is a wonderful place to live. Some of these reviews are ridiculous!!!! Someone stated on here that they were rushed to move in' Well I know that I have lived here for a little over 6 months and I remember before signing a lease, I had a chance to look at my apartment before moving in. So for the resident that stated they were unhappy with there apartment, you should not have signed a lease knowing you were unhappy. I am happy living here and the last time i checked the maintence staff are all certified techs. Too keep this short, Waterfront is a very good community. Staff is a and i would recommend this place to anyone!!! Just one opinion out of many!!!:-)
