We have lived there going on 4 years now, started on the old side and recently moved to the new side. The old side was just that....old, appliances, pipes, all of it is very outdated, not that they didnt work because everything did work ok, just old...the maintenance guys (depending on who you get) are good and bad....the office is good and bad as well, most of the women at the front area are quite helpful and knowedgable in my experience, the guy who is the manager is a joke...DO NOT GET THE INTERNET OR DIGITAL CABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!, what a joke that crap is, the receiver box is 'searching for signal' or 'acquiring satellites' 3/4 of the time none of the channels are full HD currently. I am curently fighting to get the internet removed from my lease because they say "High speed internet comparable to verizon" (which they make you sign a 1 year agreement for with your lease same with the cable) I ran connection analysis on the connection that runs into our apartment on the new side and over a 12 hour period it would not exceed 51k/second (verizon dsl is averaging 350 k/second) so if your like me and enjoy online gaming on your PC or PS3/Xbox you can cancel christmas on that one you just get disconnected from the servers. Anyways the apartment themselves are nice on the new side, alarm systems, updated appliances, enough space for what you pay for and all that....but just wanted to give anyone as much of a heads up about the cable and internet as i could.
